Terrible sevice

<p>First and last time I buy from Zando. Trying to catch me out with hidden terms and conditions. Their customer support is rude and aggressive. Pathetic service. I brought goods on Sunday night on their app and paid extra for next day guaranteed delivery. When it never came yesterday I queried it and they said it says at checkout that it only applies if you order on a business day. They even sent me a screenshot. I told them that I brought on the app and no such message appears. They agreed with me that no message appears but I could easily have read terms and conditions. How would I know that?</p>
