Terrible Service - lost paid for voucher

Terrible! Each time i place an order my payment fails. This time i used a Discovery Vitality Voucher and the payment failed and my voucher has been "used". Ive contacted support but they can only help me in 24h. The item i wish to purchase is on sale which will end or go out of stock before they will get back to me
