Terrible service from Zando

I bought from the online store. They promise to return items you are not happy with, if you request a return within 7 days. I bought several items, and wanted to return one. I raised the request the day after I received my package, and received an email stating that the item will be picked up within 2-3 working days. Six weeks!!! and 8 emails later, I still get promised the same thing. Absolutely terrible service!!!
