Terrible service!! Disappointing!!

My very first time ordering from them, and highly disappointed!! I often order things online, and I finally thought I'd give them a go.

Boy, oh boy do I regret it!! I placed my order 23 June 2018, and I'm yet to receive it. I was told last Thursday (26 June 2018) that is was with the delivery company, and I can expect to receive my package shortly. Today is 4 July 2018 and still no sign of it.

Phoning your contact centre is not pleasant. One can expect to wait over 15 minutes on the line hoping your call gets answered. When I get through, eventually, I get told "it's with the courier company" or, the icing on the cake, "it's back at the depo because there was noone to receive it". Absolute hogwash!! I'm at work from 5:45am, and the last person to leave the office leaves after 5pm.
