Terrible service and dishonestly with delivery times

Terrible service from Zando. They stipulate that the turnaround time is 5 -7 working days. It has been more than 5 -7 working days. I placed and paid for an order on the 16th. You call in they take hours to respond. I want that order cancelled immediately and I want my money back immediately. I will never ever in my life place another order with them again. On the 17th i placed an order with superbalist and recieved the order on the 20th. Zando needs to learn a thing or two from superbalist. Your service seriously sucks. When you call in they tell you about them being back logged with black Fridays orders. What utter ******* all online services had black Friday but they still meet there SLA they do not tell there clients that they have back logged orders from black Friday.
