Terrible service

It's been 5days I keep getting Sms that my order is out for delivery and every morning, Sms we were unable to deliver ur parcel. I've been calling since Thursday and today 16 April I called spoke to Livhuani who also promised that my order will be delivered by 4 today. Ann promised the same thing Friday, yesterday spoke to another lady forgot her name. What's annoying is that Dawnwing drivers does not even bother to call u n say we can't come nor do they have contact numbers when to call and check how far. I know my area is not on their app hence I put n request to be contacted as I'm in the village. I've already spent over R150 for calling Both Zando n Dawnwing. I'm told the same thing. I hope Stephany who's the manager will call.
