Terrible service

I have placed an order on 28 November 2018 and to date no delivery has been made. I have sent two emails with no response, I messaged Zando on Facebook also with no response. Also tried calling Zando - call ringing for longer than 10 minutes as I am typing this message!

So disappointed with the service.
