Terrible service

I ordered shoes from Zando....ordered size 6 and they delivered a size 8....I have been calling them to come collect no luck....the courier company makes empty promises regarding collection it has been a week now and nothing....Highly ****ed and I will buy from Zando ever again making sure I share this really dispicable experience with my friends and colleagues.
