TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>In the past I have only experienced great service with Zando and had no problems. Up untill the last week. I downloaded the ZANDO APP, saw the sale, added two boots to my cart, the Miss black Vela1 Ankle boots tan size 7, Miss black Persei Ankle Boot brown size 7, I proceeded to checkout, received the following message: We picked up an error in your order form, please confirm your details and try again. so I went back and redid everything, tried for about 10 mins, same message, I closed the app completely went back again, both boots were still in my cart and available (I took screenshots of the times and everything) so I still received the error message. I emailed the screenshots with my enquiry to ********** then when I went back to my cart after 45mins there were only the Persei boots in my cart, I tried to complete checkout and it was succesful. So the next day I did not receive a call or anything, I called Zando regarding the other boots, the lady told me that it must have gone out of stock and would have said that the item is no longer available, which it did not, going back to my cart it was still there. So this must have been a system error. She said she cant do anything and I asked her to escelate it as I feel I need to get the boots at the sale price, the same boots is now available as Vela2, but it is the exact same boots. So she said she will escelate it and the manager will call me, still no call...... so this morning I received an sms that said the other pair is on its way for delivery, I took leave and stayed at home for the boots. At 16h35 I called the call centre to ask them why it has not been delivered, the lady advised me that at 11h00 there was a delivery failure, she cant see what and why, this is so unacceptable, I WAS HOME THE WHOLE DAY! no one was here to deliver anything! Now she says they will try again tomorrow, tomorrow I am at work. I am so so so disappointed in ZANDO, you guys really changed my mind and attitude towards Zando in 1 week. Well done!</p>
