Terrible service

<p>I am experiencing the worst service ever!!! I have ordered something with Zando 9 days ago and the parcel has not yet been delivered. This after i have been phoning them since Friday about it and being promised it will be delivered today( friday) and nothing. I wrote an email to complain and the feedback from Julia was, it is out on delivery for today (monday) and I will def recive it today. I have been phoning since 16:00 today and no one is even trying to resolvey issue, the ladies at the call centre has been apoligising everytime i phoned but no one is resolving the problem or giving me feedback. After I phoned again I got a call from cpuerier company to say they will TRY to deliver it tomorrow!!!! Noy even we will sort this put dor you, only we wil try.....</p> <p> Delivery was promised between 3-5 days, tomorrow it will be 10days since the order has be placed and paid!</p>
