Terrible Service

<p>@Zando Im less than impressed with your service I requested a return on an early Christmas gift for my wife RETURN # ********** 29 on the 20th was supposed to be collected on the 21st this never happened your collection service only collected on Friday after I had to phone and make a scene now you have had my return for 3 working days and 7 concurrent days this is not on when can I expect the refund to my bank account?</p>
