Terrible service

<p>I purchased something from zando last week-cod, and was told it would arrive this week. I got a message on Monday morning that my item would be arriving without a time. I immediately phoned to confirm a time and waited 30 minutes on the phone only to be disconnected! I tried two more times till I got through only to find out my item had already gone out and missed. The lady promised to call me back to confirm delivery either that day or tomorrow. tomorrow came and went with no call or delivery! This is unacceptable customer service.</p>
