Terrible service

<p>I placed an order on the 1st of December 2016 order number ********** 76 and today is the 9nth of December still haven't received my order, tried calling but the voice machine keeps on hold forever no one is answering. I even sent an email but still no response I must say I'm very dissapointed. I've always shopped at Zando but never experienced this kind of service .</p>
