Terrible service

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p><br />On the 24/11 I bought staff that was on special and they were supposed to deliver the following week, well when the delivery guy came I was off sick and he said that he will come back the next day. What amazes me is that they didn't even call to confirm if they can come as they always do especially when I selected to pay on delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Now the issue is that I have been calling since the day after the delivery guy came but they have been beating around the bushes and only yesterday (06/12) they told me that my order was cancelled. What should I do in this case because the items were very cheap when I bought them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been calling their contact centre but I would hold for 20 minutes without an answer and in most times the call got cut off and I sent e-mails to customer support and complaints department but there has been no answer to date.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Regards</p> <p>Charity</p>
