Terrible Service

Ordered something from Zando on the 21st of Jan. I have still not received the item. After calls upon calls being made I was told that the item was canceled due to the postal code being incorrect, mind you I have purchased many times from Zando using the exact same code, anyway I asked to be refunded and to date nothing!!!! They insist on instant payment but yet it takes forever to refund. Pathetic service Zando.. I will definitely not be ordering again.
