Terrible Platform to Shop from.

Zando's policies and procedures are disgusting! They will take forever to refund you, they will not allow you to exchange items, you have to be refunded and repurchase the item. Promotional items that you want to exchange, for a different size possibly, have to be repurchased at full price.

They are ridiculous. Completely ***********. The worst ever!

The fact they don't respond to any of their customer complaints is revolting.
