terrible guess jean quality

On the 26th of January 2022 i had ordered a pair of Back High Waist Jeans Black from Zando. I have only worn the jeans 6 times, and the color has now started to come out so badly, and they are looking almost white. The material also started thinning, and when i recently washed it just tore! I contacted the call centre now ,and was told im outside of the 6 month period therefore nothing can be done. This is very shocking considering these are guess jeans !! i am very upset !!
