Terrible experience

This site has become pathetic. Items I bought firstly did not display as non-returnable in the app until after I had paid for them. I sent a query to customer service and waited more than a week for a reply, only to receive a reply from someone who obviously had not even read my query. You're only getting a 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Not happy at all, would not recommend anyone to use this site
