Terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had my return denied because they claim it smells like sweat, I couldn’t even get the item on and returned it because it was too small. There was no way it could have smelled like sweat. They also offer no appeal process and no assistance for the issue. At over R1000 a denied return is not a chance I can take in the future and will never be buying from Zando online again.
