Terrible Customer Service

<p>I have called Zando with regard to my return that was collected early December in 2016. I have been sent from pillar to post with different statements ranging from we got the parcel to we do not have the parcel within a week. It is very disappointing that the company that one trust is treating me like this.</p> <p>I got my share fair of disappointment and I think I will never use Zando any more...</p>
