Terrible customer service !!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zando on the 1st of may, couple days later my order arrives but the shoes was not there, so the next day i try to contact them to see why my shoes didnt come? So i go on their app to contact their customer services, but it has been 7days and no one ever picks up, i have a call log full of calls to them with outcome, i have also tried to email them and that didnt work either!! I spend alot of money and this is the kinda service they give their customers !!!
