Terrible courier services

I will never use Zando again. I ordered using express delivery. I received an sms that they would deliver today. I phoned Zando 6 times to follow up with no success. The last time they said I must wait 10 minutes the courier company will phone me. They never phoned me and I am leaving town for a week. Please make sure you use another courier company as the one you are using is a disgrace to the industry.
