Terrible!!

I placed an order for two pairs of sneakers. After the third day I received an email stating only one pair would be delivered. I went online to check my order status and the second sneaker was cancelled. I’ve been trying to get hold of anyone to find out what is going on but nothing ! It’s been 4 days now and still no update on my order, cancelled order, or refund
