Terrible!

Horrible service,misleading marketing! I purchased a rash vest, not any personal item such as underwear or pierced earrings. There is no information on the web page stating the rash vest in non-refundable and now Zando refuses to return it! I am an avid online shopper but unfortunately will never purchase from Zando again! They do not even want to exchange it for credit.
