TERIBLE SERVICE FROM ZANDO

I placed my order with Zando on 23/11/2018 at 08:45. They kept telling me that my order is being processed. I then complained because I could not get assistance regarding my order. I was told that my order will be delivered between Wed 28 Nov and Friday 30/11/2018. I waited until I decided to do another follow today 05.12.2018. I got a response that my order will now be delivered on 10/12/2018. At 16:13 I was told that my item is out of stock and I must buy something else with my money. I am so disgusted with their service. I have to run after them all the time. Should they delivered on time, I'd have my item now. I told them to refund my money because I don't want their voucher. I want nothing to do with Zando . But they are not responding now. I am ****ed off by their service and unprofessionalism.
