Taryn needs a WARNING! Or demoted! ***

An agent by the name of Taryn has an extremely horrible attitude problem and by the seems, I am sure this is how she speaks to all customers. She needs to understand that the customers are the ones paying her salary and she is someone that can be replaced. The manager ACHMAT advised that the website was updated on the 26th when I placed the order on the 28th confirming that the order will take 3-5 business days. The service was DISGUSTING. This order is for someone traveling to the USA on 3 December. This order would have not been placed had it said delivery is thursday - monday. I personally placed all my orders with superbalist and take alot and definitely received my order within the time frame they stipulated. I found the screenshot I took as I do with all my orders with the time frame given. I am willing to share this information with Hellopeter ONLY as Zando cannot be trusted! Something needs to be done to Taryn - after listening to call ***. Her sweet voice won't get her far trying to have a *****y attitude with people that earns 3-4 times her salary.
