Take my money and then cancel my order?

To whom it may concern.

Order number # ********** 57

Monies went off my FNB account, yet was told that the order has been cancelled as payment has not been received. I want my money returned to my account ASAP. This is the second time this has now happened. Your customer service are extremely unhelpful.
