Take money without authorisation

So i received my order and had to return some items due to not fitting or didn't like the style.

After they collected I received my refund of and decided to place a new order ( Order ***) and use my voucher number.

Once I've placed my order had to approve R68 to be deducted from my back account . Surprise Surprise.... they deducted the full invoice from my account without my approval and never used my voucher.

Its month end we short of money and they take the last bit. You can't phone them because you speak to a computer. I am so frustrated.

I just want my money back. TODAY!!
