Struggling to return item at Zando

I have ordered a pair of shoes at zando and they delivered it but unfortunately it does not fit me. I have been struggling to get hold of them they don't answer their phone and the email that I have sent. According to return policy I can return item within 14 days and already 7 days is ending and I am frustrated now.
