Struggling to get Returns RETURNED

<p>I bought an item from Zando on the 22nd May and requested a return on the 23rd May as in accordance with their "14day returns policy". I have sent a follow up email enquiring when my purchase will be picked up as I would like my item to be refunded ASAP so that I could make a better purchase. I am extremely disappointed in the delay. It would be better to purchase elsewhere with faster turnaround times. </p>
