Still waiting on order!

<p>I placed an order online on 23 July 2016. Payment was made on the same day and received by them. 25 July they notified me that the order was shipped. 26 July they emailed again saying its on its way to me by their courier partner. They advised that the order will reach me after 3 days max. That was supposed to be 29 July for the latest. But im still waiting. When i track the order the history says each day that it could not be delivered..WHY NOT? </p> <p>This is my second purchase from them. The first was great service but I'M NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!</p>
