Still waiting for my daughters backpack

I ordered a Emoji Girls Backpack Set with Purse, Crayons & Colouring Book for my daughter on the 19 of December and asked if they can deliver on the 22 and they said no, asked them to deliver on the 2nd which is today, called them this morning regarding my order and they said it will be delivered today. Now when I call at 2-45 I am told that delivery failed. How??? I have been waiting for this back pack my daughter is so excited and cant wait for me to get home with her backpack, what am I going to say to her. I cant buy a different one from shops because she specifically practically begged me for this one. I am truly disappointed. If I do not receive the backpack today I will never order from Zando again, they are unreliable.
