Still waiting for delivery!

So upset with Zando! Placed an order on the 4th December 2017. Today is the 12 December 2017 and there is no sign of the delivery of shoes ordered and no communication from them whatsoever! What makes it more frustrating is that the last time the service was excellent! Sent an email no response! I call their customer service yesterday, held on the line for about 15 minutes before being assisted, then the agent tried to get a hold of the delivery guy (which I was told would deliver yesterday) then the phone cuts all of a sudden and NO ONE gets back to me! Actually let me change my rating to a one star! It really should be -1
