STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!!!

Initially I was told the refund would be processed on 10 October. Then I was told it was processed on 18 October. It is now one week later, 25 October and the refund is still not reflecting in my credit card account. It is a large amount, R2901.60. Please would someone be honest and tell me what is going on?!!!
