Still waiting

After trying many, many times to get hold of Zando I was advised to write here, on Hello Peter. After that, I finally got responses and apologies. I got send sms on dates my items would be collected. Final date for collection as per the message sent to me was Last Thursday.. it is now Monday. Again, no response to my messages. Without ones word, one has nothing. And unfortunately Zando has shown me that their word means absolutely nothing to them. So disappointed
