Still no parcel after a month

I placed an order with Zando more than a month ago. I still have not received my parcel, nor did I get any feedback on where it is. It has been "dispatched" a month ago, but since then no trace of it. I have tried to call them and sent numerous emails but no one is even responding. Worst online service ever, I will never make use of them again. Them taking my more than R5000 was very quick however.
