*****ing my vouchers

Through Discovery Vitality I have earned 2 vouchers worth R250 each. The first voucher code did not work, giving me a message that the voucher had already been used. The second voucher worked, I bought an item and paid the balance with my credit card. The item was defective and I returned it, my credit card spend was refunded, but not the R250 voucher. So far, Zando has ****** my R500 vouchers without so much as an apology! I’m shocked!
