Stay away fronm Zando

I ordered shoes online via [URL Removed] on the 13th of July n they send me an email wit absa banking details stating i had to pay within 5days which i did pay on the 16th of Jul,then to my surprise da day after i payed i start gtn emails dt i should pay then i dismissed it nd send through an email wit proof payment of de direct deposit i had made absa then a guy by the name of keanen respnded n told me it will take 1-2 days for it to reflect bt i wondered how it took soo long for a direct deposit to reflect into an account bt okay let me give thm a chance to fix it bt no instead of fixing it they sent me harrasing emails all through the wkend telling to pay or my order is cancelled and finally today ing monday the 20th jul thy tell me my ordeis cancelled ,i called them immediately nd spoke 2 a lady by de name Joe she assured me today it should reflect but now its 3pm in the afternoon i know for a factif it ddidn't reflect before 3 it means its not goin to because banks r closed,Joe also promised to call has she? No, i decided call and follow up again some lady tld me in exact was there r ppl whom hv been waiting since the 10th 4 their orders 2 b sorted.in zando is Crockett!!
