SO ****ED OFF WITH ZANDO

I placed my order on the 7th Jan 2015 and I was expecting delivery not later than 14 Jan 2015, but when I call ZANDO I'm being told that the orders are with the courier company but when I call the courier they said to me that they don't have those orders. <br> I'm so ****ed off because my kids were supposed to wear those sneakers on the 14th Jan 2015, so now I don't know what I'll do because of ZANDO.<br> This will be my last order with them and I won't order from them in the nearer future because they are so useless!
