Snake print Gold is definitely not the new blac****

<p>On the 17 November, I went to browse the Nine West SA website for affordable black shoes, i was looking for both flat and high-heeled for my church uniform. I found a perfect Nine West Anastagia Pointed Flat Black shoe on sale at R599. Since this was a sale item, I decided to place an order immediately o nline and I was redirected from the Nine West website to zando.co.za. I placed an order (no. ********** 86) and added another pair of igh heeled black shoes from Aldo. I was promised delivery within 3 days. i was very excited when my shoes were delivered on the 22 November, but imagine my horror when instead of black flats, I got an ugly snakeprint gold shoe instead of the same make. I hate snake print and I hate gold even more.</p> <p> </p> <p>I complained then and was told turnaround time is 14 days for collection, another 72 hours for the package to make it back to warehouse and another 7 days for the payment. I wasn't happy about that standard response, so I wrote a strongly worded email to challenge it. On the 29 November, I got a call from Zando, having missed one the day before. I was adviced that the shoes will be collected the next day and the refund will be processed as soon as this collection happened. The shoes were in fact collected that very afternoon of the 29th but it is the 06 December and the money has not been refunded. I have tried calling Zando but after several attempts of holding up to 07 minutes, I gave up. I have sent emails and have received no replies, I have even sent a Facebook Messenger but no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tomorrow, I am considering laying a charge of theft because they seem to have done a runner with my money.</p>
