Silents from ZANDO

So my wife purchases some clothes from Zando on 17 March and a week later locked in a return.I know we had locked down but 5 months later and we have not receive any notice of pick up or return after we have exchanged some emails .I have no way of contacting Zando just to follow up on how to return this package.
