Short - delivered items.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans a track pant and a fleece top from Zando on 30 April 2023. The parcel was delivered on 08 May 2023 short with one pair of jeans. The empty pack which contained the jeans was included in the parcel and the parcel was sealed on delivery. when I opened the parcel, I had this shocking discovery. I immediately contacted them and sent them pictures. They investigated for 2 weeks only to tell me today there is nothing they can do for me. Their footage shows the items being packed in my parcel and there is nothing they can do for me. Well I did not receive what I paid for. surely someone needs to account.
