SHOES NOT THE SAME SIZE

<p>I bought shoes from you (Order# ********** 66) and received it on 2 September. Although the sizes on both shoes are the same, the right one is bigger than the other. I returned it and ordered a new pair (Order # ********** 66) which was delivered today, 12 September. Again, the right shoe is bigger than the other.</p> <p>This is unacceptable after I mentioned it twice to you when returning the first pair. After the first incident I emailed Zando but no response, yesterday I emailed the customer service - no response. I managed to live chat to Zando after the first incident. I am highly unsatisfied with this.</p>
