Shocking Service from Zando

Do be careful before ordering from Zando. Especially if you are looking for something for a special occasion. I ordered and (obviously) paid for a male fragrance for my hubby for Fathers Day - order took SEVEN days to get to me. I was out of town so had the order was delivered to my daughter who brought the unopened parcel to me on Saturday evening before FD. I opened the box so that I could wrap my gift - imagine my shock and horror when my order was not a male fragrance but rather a pencil skirt and a PINK snakeskin shopper bag! Imagine how awful I felt not having a gift for hubby. BUT GET THIS! After numerous phone calls, emails from me and assurances from Zando that all was sorted and I would get my proper order on Tuesday this week - it is now FRIDAY and NOTHING FROM ZANDO!! They can't even be bothered to answer my emails. Shocking, Shocking Service!!!!
