Shocking service

Dear Zando,

10 working days since placing my order and 6 work days after receiving the dispatched email. I spoke to one of your customer service representatives on Friday, I gave her my home address and she insured that I will receive my order on Friday the 20th. I phoned again today, spoke to Gill, she promised that she will phone me back, but I'm still waiting. I think your customer service is shocking, but I shouldn't be surprised. Please can I have my order delivered today!!! Order ***
