Shocking service and no refunds

After waiting for weeks for my order and no communication it then arrived so late we had left on holiday already. 6 complaint emails, endless phone calls and I have not even heard back from them yet. I’m still waiting for a refund! Such shocking service and no one bothers to contact anyone back. I wonder if management know or cares about how badly clients are being treated.
