Shocking service and disregard for Customer rights

I ordered 5 items from zando. They arrived last friday. Saturday I opened the parcel and didnt even bother trying any of the outfits on as I could see one of them would suit me. Sunday I packed them up and logged a return for all of the items. Monday everything was collected. Now I have been told only one item will be refunded as the other items are worn! Utter ******* and if I dont accept their decision I lose my money and the items. This is ******* plain and simple. Will advise everyone not to buy from Zando as they just want to make a quick buck. Also conveniently the cheapest item is the only one that was refunded. I am disgusted at this blatant luies of their return policy.
