Shocking quality on clothes!

I ordered a dress online which cost R499, I wore it once and handwashed it only to find the color had run in certain parts of the dress which is now faded. I arranged with returns at Zando and they collected the item, 2 weeks later they claim the dress has stains on it and therefore they are unable to refund me! What a load of BS....not a single stain was on the dress when it was sent, the only thing was faded patches on the dress after a first wash which you would only expect to find if you purchase from cheaper stores which I believe Zando is definately not!!! They are ripping customers off with their exorbitant prices and cheap quality clothing!! I also bought a pants a while back and after wearing it once the zip seam opened up!! Unbelievable!!!!! People be aware of purchases from this online store!
