Shocking lack of delivery

I ordered two items from Zando for Christmas gifts on the 6th of December and still have not received the items despite their 3-10 working day delivery time. I have called the helpline twice and been assured that delivery would have been fulfilled by the 24th. Yet here I am on the 24th with no Christmas gifts being delivered. The fact that they haven't fulfilled their delivery promise has forced me to go out and buy additional gifts in order to actually give out on Christmas. It's been absolutely shocking that delivery could take this long. I will never use Zando again.
