Shocking delivery time

I have been a Zando customer for a few years now and never have I ever had a problem receiving my orders. I have always been impressed by the quick and early delivery from their courier ... until now. <br> <br> The orders are coming later and later and after sending numerous emails and holding for almost 15mins for customer services I was eventually called back only to be told delivery is done between 3 - 5 days ??? Since WHEN ? I am also in the courier industry and I KNOW all about transit times so well done Zando for trying to explain away bad service.<br> <br> Its clear you need a new courier company to get things done right<br> <br> Its unfortunate I have another order which I have already paid for ( god knows how long that will take to get here ) but I will never be using them again and I will be telling all the online shoppers I know to not use them either.<br> <br> TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE !!!<br>
